Digital Product License Agreement

All templates, spreadsheets, planners, and digital resources sold by Klarity Consulting are protected by copyright law.

When you purchase a digital product, you are purchasing a license to use the file, not ownership of the design.

Permitted Use

You are allowed to:

  • Use the templates for personal use
  • Use the templates for your own business operations
  • Edit the templates to fit your business needs
  • Print copies for your own internal use

Prohibited Use

You are not allowed to:

  • Resell or redistribute the template files
  • Share files with others (friends, clients, team members, etc.)
  • Upload files to file sharing sites, Google Drive, Dropbox, or public platforms
  • Use Klarity Consulting templates as a base to create products for resale
  • Claim the templates as your own original work

Commercial Use Disclaimer

These templates are intended to help you manage and organize your business. They are not intended to be resold or repackaged as your own digital product.
