1. What do I get when I purchase a template?
You’ll receive a downloadable file (Google Sheets or Excel format) along with instructions on how to use it. Most templates are ready to go just plug in your data!
2. How do I access my download?
After checkout, you’ll get an instant download link by email. You can also access your files directly from your order confirmation page.
3. Do I need special software to use the templates?
Nope! All you need is a free Google account to use Google Sheets, or Microsoft Excel if you prefer.
4. Can I customize the templates?
Yes! All data tabs are fully editable. You can change labels, colors, or add sections to fit your business.
5. Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. If you have any issues, please reach out we’re happy to help.
6. Can I use the templates for multiple businesses?
Yes, your purchase includes a personal or business license. However, reselling or redistributing the files is not allowed.
7. I’m not great with spreadsheets will this be hard?
Not at all! Our templates are designed to be beginner-friendly. Most don’t require you to touch a single formula.
8. Why isn't the dashboard updating?
Make sure your data is entered in the data tabs without any blank rows. Check that your data is formatted correctly (dates, numbers, etc.).
9. What is the Premium Membership?
Access to expanded analytics dashboards (unlock pivot tables), priority access to new templates, and optional white glove setup for small businesses.
10. How do I reset the dashboards for a new period?
Clear the data in the scorecard without deleting the structure. Enter new KPI data for the next period.
