How do I download my template?
After purchase, you will receive an instant download link on the confirmation page and via email.
What format are the templates in?
Templates are provided in one or more of the following formats:

- Microsoft Excel
- Google Docs
- Microsoft Word
- PDF (printable)
The format is listed on each product page.
Do I need special software?
Most templates can be used with free Google tools such as Google Sheets and Google Docs. If using Excel or Word, a compatible version of Microsoft Office is recommended.
Can I edit the templates?
Yes. All templates are editable so you can customize them for your business.
Can I share my purchase with a friend or team member?
No. Purchases are for individual use only. Sharing, redistribution, or reselling is not allowed.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, please contact us.
