Digital Download Refund Policy
Refund Policy (Digital Products)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Digital downloads cannot be “returned,” and access to files cannot be revoked after delivery.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product.
- You purchased the product but did not receive the download link due to a technical issue.
- The file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us at info@klarity.consulting within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the problem quickly.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the template is compatible with their device and software before purchasing.
Our templates are designed for use with:
- Google Sheets
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Docs
- Microsoft Word
- Printable PDF format (where applicable)
